Important. The Service is for personal non-commercial use within rights granted by law and platform rules. It is not intended to bypass DRM, access paid content without permission, or enable piracy. We do not promote such actions.

1. Subject

The Service provides technical means to extract audio from publicly available links (YouTube, VK Video, SoundCloud) and convert to MP3 at a selected bitrate. The Service is provided as-is without uptime guarantees.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service you confirm that you:

have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
have lawful grounds to process submitted links and obtain audio copies;
will not use the Service in violation of applicable copyright law;
comply with YouTube, VK, SoundCloud and other platform terms.

3. Restrictions

Prohibited:

mass downloading or commercial distribution of third-party content without permission;
bypassing DRM, platform restrictions or paid subscriptions;
automated abuse bypassing limits and captcha;
interfering with the Service or unauthorized access attempts;
submitting malicious links, spam or illegal content.

4. Queue and limits

Limits apply for stable operation (current values on the home page). One active conversion job per user or guest session at a time. Limits may change; new values are published on the home page.

5. Temporary files

Conversion results are stored for a limited time and then deleted. Long-term storage is not guaranteed. Download files to your device promptly.

6. Intellectual property

Rights to source materials belong to their owners. We do not claim rights to user content. Service code and design belong to the operator.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we do not guarantee results, error-free operation or 24/7 availability. We are not liable for user violations of copyright or platform rules, indirect damages or data loss. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Registration

Sign-in may use e-mail confirmation (magic link). You must provide a valid address and not share access. We may block access for Terms violations.

9. Changes and termination

We may change functionality, suspend or terminate the Service, and update these Terms. The current version is on this page.

10. Governing law
